Luis was a terrific service repair technician. He salved our ice maker repair! But before Luis came out, another service tech came out that was just terrible! He had no idea what he was doing and had a bad cold - nose dripping all over mour kitchen. We had him sent away and he left parts everywhere. We had to wait another week to finally have the icemaker finally repaired by Luis.

I will highly recommend Appliance Service Plus in the future! Our oven stopped working and our technician Luis was able to diagnose and repair the broken element the same day. Luis was very knowledgeable, friendly and professional. Our oven is working very well, and I am so grateful for their prompt, thorough and excellent service!! Service Tech came to check on my Bosch Benchmark induction cooktop because the controls were acting erratically. I showed him some videos of the issues I experienced. He tested the control buttons using my induction compatible frying pans, he also experienced some problems but told me that’s not an issue just use a larger pan. I asked him why not check the control panel. He said sometimes getting the control panel out will create more problems. He left and advised me that he’d check n get back to me regarding the issues I had. Have not heard back yet.
