Display Not working. UI was shorted out, replaced it , tested, working to spec.

Ice maker not working, unresponsive to the manual test, replaced, tested, working to spec.

Not sucking odors properly. All components are working in unit just fine. Did find the duct on motor leaking some air, used more tape to seal the leaking areas. Unit working to spec.

Diagnostics has found the water valve is not opening, but is receiving full voltage. Replace the water valve after doing so check the unit, unit is now sensing loads with water properly. Unit is working to spec at time of service.

Diagnostics has found severe damage to the bottom panel side panel and front panels. The noisy operation is coming from the blower fan, hitting against the shroud due to the dent in lower panel and damage to the unit. will need to order full case front panel and lower panel. Lowes representative for repairs stated you be calling the office to cancel part orders due to they were going to return the units.
