Replaced gearcase for intermittent noise.

Placed unit in diagnostics mode and checked codes. Fond multiple unbalanced codes and door lock codes. Ran unit through diagnostics mode all components within spec. Checked suspension in the unit. Suspension feel good. Checked balance of the machine itself and found one leg not adjusted properly. Ran unit through a quick rinse and spin cycle. Observed suds in water during cycle. Advised customer on proper amount of soap to use and to run self clean on unit once a month.

Noisy during wash. Found and tightened loose agitator.

Noisy and not completing cycles. Replaced symptom related parts and tested fine.
