Replaced icemaker and ice separator.

Customer states not draining. No standing water upon arrival. Ran quick wash cycle. All ops. Instructed customer to make sure she is using correct wash cycles and not too much soap.

Door not closing correctly. Adjusted level of cabinet and door. Tightened door latch. Door still requires pressure to close properly but is functional now.

Leaking from door. Replaced door boot. No leaks found.

Customer states shower curtain was in washer and now its gone. Removed agitator and found curtain knotted inside. Many broken pieces of agitator. Cleaned as much plastic as I could from drain pump and tub. Replaced agitator and tested good. Found clogged standing pipe for washer drain. Instructed customer to clear pipes before use to avoid flooding.
