Found 3 error codes in the system, checked drum for wear and looseness. Drum is tight, no play in the drive plate or transmission. Checked suspension is still good. Observed drum sitting slightly to the right. Leveled unit and tested all components. All components working to spec.

Evacuated system and replaced damaged condenser and compressor. Full frost pattern beginning to form. Unit beginning to cool.

Replaced faulty suspension and tested unit in a quick wash cycle. Unit working as designed.

Installed dryer repair kit and lubed all the rollers and roller shafts. Tested unit and noise no longer happening. Unit working as designed.

Replaced damaged user interface, main board, and wiring. Tested unit, working as designed.
