Diagnostics has found the unit is working properly at time of service when running diagnostic cycle with no soap added severe amount of suds were appearing inside the tub no leaks detected at time of service ran a quick wash cycle and drain and spin no leaks detected at time of service at all when inspecting the back of the unit at the overflow valve. The units back panel had been covered in mostly dirt and dust except a large line of clean paint going straight from that overflow to the ground instructed customers on popper amounts of soap to use inside the unit. Customer stated that her mom was using a full cup of detergent, each load which is excessive and causing the unit to overside. Square trade sent parts to the customer tech is taking parts to return.

Installed new air tower, after installing new air tower tested the unit. Unit is working properly time service customer only defrosted the fridge for 24 hours or less, still had some ice remaining defrosted with steamer unit is working properly at time of service.

Installed new fresh food seal. Seal sealing properly. informed the customer to level the fridge out due to the floor in the back left of the fridge being lower than the front right.

Uninstalled the old compressor and filter dryer. Installed the new compressor, blew the system out with nitrogen, after doing so installed the new filter dryer and pressurize the system using bubbles to check all connections verifying there are no air leaks from any of the welds. After verifying there were no leaks from any welds, I released the pressure of the system and vacuumed down to 500 ?m after doing so charged with R600 to duly specifications.

found that the unit had large amounts of buildup in the recirculating holes in the door boot in addition found a face mask stuck in the unit behind the recirculating holes after removing tested the unit found the unit is making noise as if the the buttons are being touched will an operation reset the UI through the control after doing so test of the unit unit is working properly at time service did a test load with the customer unit is working properly
