Technician fix Owen good

Very good at explaining what and why he was repairing something. He was trying to fix what another technician had tried to repair. It’s only been one day since the third repair, all seems to be good so far. Fingers crossed.

Efrain did a great job. He is efficient, courteous and professional. He really knows his appliances.

I was very disappointed with the services. He did not fix our refrigerator. When he came out the first time, all he did was remove the compressor and replaced the new compressor and dryer. Was told that it would start working again within 24 hours.Never started working. Came out a second time. Determined that either the compressor was bad or the board was bad. Board and compressor were ordered. Came out a third time and just replaced the board. Still not able to get it to work My homeowners insurance company wanted to know if he flushed the lines. HE DID NOT. LLP THIS IS A REFRIGERATOR THAT IS ALMOST 8 YEARS OLD. WITHOUT FIRST FLUSHING THE LINES, HE MOST LIKELY ENDED UP CONTAMINATING THE SYSTEM. HE TOLD ME THAT FLUSHING THE LINES WAS NOT A NORMAL PART OF REPLACING A COMPRESSOR. SO, NEEDLES TO SAY, I WILL BE CONTACTING MY ATTORNEY.

Took too long to get 2nd appt to have new part installed! Over a week to get opening Part is working great and tech was fast Scheduling was the big issue waiting being without ice for 2+ weeks sucked
