Hooked gauges up and found pressures holding stable at -a 22.1/86.8psi. Pressurized system and checked for leaks. Replaced condenser, evaporator, and filter drier. Pressurized system again and checked for leaks. Found no leaks in the system. System held pressure for 20 minutes without dropping. Vacuumed down system and charged with coolant. Unit stabilized pressure at this 2.8/117psi. Full frost pattern formed on evaporator and heat transfer beginning on lines.

Hooked gauges up to unit and found pressures at .4/83.5psi. Suction line frosted all the way back to the compressor. No heat in the pressure line and compressor running cold. Purged some pressure out of the system and brought pressures down to -12.4/66.8psi. Suction line defrosted, pressure line started to heat up as well as the compressor. Dropped probes in to the unit to observe temperatures. Fresh food compartment sitting at 37.5 degrees in the back center of the unit and temperatures dropping as unit ran. Freezer cavity 19.8 in the center back of the cavity and dropping. Fz temp leaving 10.6 and dropping.

Plugged unit in and tested. Unit working as designed, no vibration noise heard.

Replaced faulty switch and element. Tested unit, unit working as designed.

Replaced gaskets and adjusted doors. Light no longer visible around gaskets.
