The process was too long. The tech should have checked the equipment before installation of the very first condenser. Had to wait another week to come out with the correct condenser and still had a problem and had to come out again. I thank LG for fixing the problem but to have a problem within 3 years is kinda disappointing. Am going to think twice before I purchase another LG appliance.
