Water valve and water line inside of unit it were clogged was able to clear tested okay

Customer stated that dishwasher was not cleaning well testing found that unit is not receiving Coldwater field unit up four times and it will still coming out cold after 10 minutes of running sink water was barely warm

customer unable to open door. Was able to open door for customer and found switch holder and cam to be broken. Customer stated house was a rental and will purchase a new unit.

found door lock to be in the closed position. Disassembled door and made adjustment to door latch and tested. Unit is operating properly at this time.

tested dryer found unit needs new dryer repair kit, installed new repair kit unit tested good
