Hooked unit to Newfi and found three error codes stored in the system. f91-UI-MC heartbeat timeout. F38- vent damper failed to open/close. F62- inverter power and door lock monitor fault. Tested unit in diagnostics. All components working within spec. Cx stated a different service had been out and replaced ui two weeks ago and still same issue. Could not duplicate issue. Did find User interface panel not firmly set in place. Installed panel properly.

Replaced user interface and main board. Ran unit through calibration cycles. Unit working as designed.

Replaced faulty water valve. Unit working as designed.

Replaced relay board and probe. Tested unit to 350 degrees with probe dropped in unit to observe temperatures. Average temperature over 5 cycles is 351.5 degrees.

Replaced ice maker, cleared ice from water path, turned pressure down slightly.
