Hooked unit to Newfi and found three error codes stored in the system. f91-UI-MC heartbeat timeout. F38- vent damper failed to open/close. F62- inverter power and door lock monitor fault. Tested unit in diagnostics. All components working within spec. Cx stated a different service had been out and replaced ui two weeks ago and still same issue. Could not duplicate issue. Did find User interface panel not firmly set in place. Installed panel properly.
