Diagnostics has found no noise at time of service, checked the unit, unit had been cleaned out. Checked belt and rollers all are in good condition. Unit is working properly at time of service. Tested the unit multiple times with the customer showing no noise at time of service.

Diagnostics has found that the freezer is sitting at 0?. The fresh food section is sitting at 37?F. The unit has no room on left or right side when unit is pulled out back wall was warm to touch open the compressor area. Compressor was slightly warm to the touch, pulling correct amperage unit is working properly at time of service.

No making ice. On arrival unit was turned off. Customer stated shes had two ppl come out to the maintenance cleaning, after second cleaning unit started to make dirty ice, then it stopped to make ice. I restarted the unit, allowed it to run unit it started to make clear ice after a little while, sealed system is working just fine, pressure switch and hose with drain pump are working just fine, unit working to spec.

Stuck on remove drip tray and clean fill water tank stuck on a loop not letting it move forward with descaling. Got in to the settings menu to reset the descaling loop, I was advised by techline to tell customer to run a brew unit degreaser,descaling and run unit, if issue comes back unit will the software update, then electronic board if software doesnt fix it.

Diagnostics has found at the unit is overflowing with lint and debris. Inside of the case, customer declined us cleaning the unit out. I informed the customer that the lint inside the unit could cause a fire customer stated she was going to have another person clean out the unit further diagnostics found the roller broken, replace roller with truck stock roller after doing so tested. The unit unit is working properly at time of service customer again declined any cleaning to be done on their unit.
