found the only abnormal noise coming from the unit was an obstruction in the drain pump. Unit working to spec.

Tom was great, he was very informative and transparent with me on what he was doing. The process to get an appointment was very difficult and a lot of back and forth. I personally wouldn’t recommend appliance services. But Tom was perfect.
