Overall experience has been unsatisfactory to say the least. A technician has been out to my properties 3 different occasions and has yet to resolve the issue with my clothes washer. Each time the technician has come out, they did not spend more than 20 minutes working on my machine. One time they said they brought the wrong part and just left 5 minutes into the appointment. I still have a broken washer.
