They diagnosed it quickly a week later parts arrived install was fast the issue is now repaired. I’m happy because it was convenient and fast.

Tech was good. The fact that our 3 month old LG oven microwave combo quit was not. And had company at our house with no oven or microwave!!!

The last couple of months have been very frustrating for me. The ice maker on my Samsung had been replaced twice by a different appliance service company(through my protection plan), but the issue continued. 3rd time around, they finally sent a different company. Matt from appliance service plus contacted me & within seconds of talking to me, knew & explained in detail what was going on with the ice maker. In the last couple of weeks he came to my house about 3 different times (my extended protection plan had me going through it) anyway each time he did everything he possibly could on his end to help me resolve the matter instead of just having the ice maker replaced AGAIN & make this whole thing less stressful. Last time he came out he figured out the problem, actually fixing what was causing the my ice maker to fail. I definitely recommend Appliance Service Plus to anyone in need of assistance with their appliances. It’s really nice to know there’s still companies & employees out there looking out for their clients & not just a payday.
