Diagnostics has found that the freezer temperature is at 0? fresh food temperature at time of service is 37?. Check the settingsand found that the settings on the damper were set to coldest. Reset the temperature controls to recommended, when speaking to a customer another company was out approximately two weeks ago and replaced, the damper and set the damper to the settings. Unit is working properly at time of service.

Diagnostics has found that the compressor is running, unit is on, but its not cooling properly when checking the back of the fridge found that the condenser vent is completely covered with lint and hair and the condenser is covered as well Freezer temperatures are at 54.3? and dropping and refrigerator temperature is 63? and dropping. After removing the back plate and allowing the condenser to breathe properly will instruct customer to clean the condensing coil and cover plate customer son has requested me to leave the kickplate off so that he could vacuum out the back of the refrigerator when he gets home. Unit is working properly at time of service. If the customer calls back with any cooling issues, unit will need a compressor and filter dryer.

Diagnostics has found that the icemaker has failed mechanically. Replace the icemaker tested the unit, unit is now working properly.

Diagnostics found that the pressure line has been kinked and was not allowing air pressure to be sensed properly. After adjusting the pressure line, verifying that airflow could be transferred through the airline tested. The unit did a speed wash cycle. Unit is now sensing filling, agitating, draining, and spinning properly at time of service. After doing so check the airline, making sure that there was no damage to the airline as result of the kink, unit is working to spec.
