Found unit unplugged and water valve turned off to the unit. Plugged unit in to power, turned water valve on, and powered up unit. Allowed unit to run while looking for water leaks. Tested water valve and float switch multiple times. Valve and switch working as designed. Unit working as designed, customer was worried when water started to fill the reservoir tank without power being hooked to the unit.

Found a seed in the drain pump area. Cleared pump and checked rest of pump for debris. Tested unit multiple times, grinding noise no longer present.

Hooked unit up to MDU. No error codes stored in the system. Tested all components in the system. All components working to spec. Unit is working as designed.

Reinstalled door handle and tested multiple times. Unit working as designed.

Replaced faulty defrost heaters, checked drainnline is clear, cleared evaporator of ice build up. Turned unit back on, full frost pattern forming, fans working as designed.
