Customer stated they were hearing loud noises with unit testing found no mechanical issues with unit, unit can wash fill drain and spin properly re-balance, and level the machine

Customer stated that unit had problem with auger causing error code, testing found compressor working good All fans good and unit producing ice, was able to find out that the filter needed to be replaced.

LG TECH SUPPORT he stated wire positioning was wrong, adjusted, give hours before we can confirm issue. He stated we needed original part of customer called back to contact parts research team

Customer installed stove to gas, and in position. Just needed to install orifices. Tested okay all burners and oven work fine.

Installed part tested okay
