Installed new fan and tested unit. Fans working as designed, compressor working as designed.

Replaced ice maker and tested. Ice maker went through test cycle and made call for water.

Evacuated system, replaced faulty compressor and condenser, pressurized system with 130psi of Nitrogen to check for leaks or blockages. System held pressure for 20 minutes. Vacuumed down system and charged with coolant. Observed pressures in system stabilize at -5.3/72.2psi. Observed full frost pattern beginning to form on evaporator and unit beginning to cool.

Replace damaged auger and coupler. Tested unit, unit now dispensing ice from door.

Called Assurant, they sent case to examiner and will be contacting the customer in 3-5 business days.
