Unit is working to spec. Educated customer on how the refrigerator works and how u gotta give the freezer time to freeze meat, it doesnt freeze it right away. Everything in freezer was frozen solid and food in FF compartment was cold.

Unit not completing spin cycle. Found the unit sitting under a little rooftop exposed to the elements on a 24 elevated wood deck. Flooring was uneven making unit lean forward. Got unit in diagnostics, no error codes were retrieved, did a manual testing on it, passed all the testing without a problem. Shocks absorbers and springs are in condition. Educated customer on how to load unit and advised to relocate unit to a cement flooring protected from the weather. Unit working to spec.
