No cool. On arrival temps on FF compartment were 36*, freezer -1, ice maker working just fine, sealed system checked out just fine, frost pattern on evaporators are perfect, all fans working just fine, condenser is clean. Unit is working to spec. Educated customer on how the refrigerator works and how u gotta give the freezer time to freeze meat, it doesnt freeze it right away. Everything in freezer was frozen solid and food in FF compartment was cold.

My experience with this business was excellent. The technician was very knowledgeable at his job , Diagnostics test was ran, figured out the problem and fixed . Also made some suggestions on the care of our washer which was really appreciated !
