Diagnosed unit and found ice maker not working causing water to spill over and cause ice to build up on the rails.

"Diagnosed unit and found no high loop in the drain line, found supply hose kinked not allowing sufficient water in to the unit and found water lines on side of the unit had been chewed through by rodents. Gave customer quote to repair unit. Customer declined repair at this time. ; ordrng 1 00645148 (Vent hose) and 1 00645147 (Water inlet) and 1 00645149 (Drain hose)"
