Customer states smell is still there but is dissipating. Fixed the drooping silverware stand.

Replaced damaged outer door panel and tested unit. Unit working as designed.

found signs of standing water being in the base of the unit. Tried to test unit to search for leak. Unit would not turn on. Checked power coming from the house. Unit has proper power going to the power control unit. Found seal in back right bottom corner of the tub damaged causing leak.

Replaced faulty parts and tested unit in quick wash cycle. Unit working as designed.

Diagnosed unit and found unit on 15 GFCI plug. Advised customer to place unit on dedicated circuit non- GFCI
