Installed step valve and filter dryer. Tested for leaks in my welds. Upon pressurizing unit heard the cabinet start to pop and crackle. Found leak in cabinet. Called Assurant to report unit unrepairable at this time.

Evacuated system and replaced faulty compressor, filter drier and damaged condenser. Updated the software on the computer. Pressurized system with 180psi of Nitrogen to check for leaks or blockages in the system. No leaks or blockages present. Vacuumed down system and charged with coolant. Pressures stabilized at -2.4/66.2.

Replaced scratched cover sheet and broken tray.

Replaced valve and tested unit. Valve now opening when calling for water but no water being supplied to the unit.

Evacuated system and replaced faulty compressor and damaged condenser. Pressurized unit with 150psi of Nitrogen to check for leaks and blockages. No leaks or blockages found in system. Vacuumed down system and let sit for 15 minutes. Pressure stabilized at -8/72.6psi.
