found connection loose underneath in machine room. Tightened connection in connectors and turned unit back on. Observed full frost pattern forming on evaporator

Called tech, said the micro switch wasnt being de activated when the door is closed. Pulled unit from wall and found door latch not properly installed. Fixed door latch and tested unit. Unit working as designed.

Turned unit on and reset computer. Ran unit through a quick rinse cycle to test all components. Tested unit multiple times in multiple different cycles. Unit working as designed. Ran unit through service mode to check for error codes. No codes stored in the system.

Diagnosed unit and found water inlet valve not in place properly. Installed water valve properly and tested unit. Unit working as designed.

Replaced damaged doors and checked seals for leaks. Seals are good.
