called manufacturer spoke with Nicky. Harness ohms are good to motor. Found washer on shaft to not be in correct location. It was being used as a lock washer and should have been used as a spacer. Put washer in correct location and tested, unit is operating properly at this time.

replaced part and tested, unit is operating properly at this time. Customer stated that other burners are not working properly / getting hot. I advised to remove burner covers before use

Installed parts and relocated door handle. The door is now operating properly.

replaced water inlet valve and tested. Found there to be an issue with incoming water from the home. Advised customer to contact a plumber. The unit itself is now operating properly.

(LE) error is present. Found code to exist due to the customer NOT removing the shipping foam from under the unit. Advised customer to remove foam and unit will operate properly.
