found standing water in the unit. Turned unit on and did not hear any water draining in to the sink. Pulled drain sump cover and found something covering the drain pump hole not allowing water to pass through. Cleared obstruction and tested unit. Unit working as designed.

Repalced air tower and installed thick gasket. Checked unit in service mode. Damper door opening and closing as it should. Could not feel air from under or around new air tower.

watched customer provided video of noise. Tested unit multiple times in different cycles. Could not duplicate sound. Sound of video appeared to have been something in the exhaust fan. Checked door lock on washer, lock is good. Unit working as designed.

found thermal overload breaker tripped. Reset breaker and reinstalled units in to the cabinet. Tested units, units working as designed.

Replaced faulty ice maker, rails, and deformed freezer gasket. Use heat to adjust gasket to cabinet. Ran ice maker through test cycle. Ice maker made it through test cycle and made call for water.
