Unit not completing spin cycle. Found the unit sitting under a little rooftop exposed to the elements on a 24 elevated wood deck. Flooring was uneven making unit lean forward. Got unit in diagnostics, no error codes were retrieved, did a manual testing on it, passed all the testing without a problem. Shocks absorbers and springs are in condition. Educated customer on how to load unit and advised to relocate unit to a cement flooring protected from the weather. Unit working to spec.

Not turning on. The hood range fan motor is working on both speeds, high/low just fine. The light also turns on and off. It is missing half the filter housing
