incorrect side for hinge sent. Upon further inspection of original right side lower hinge found the hinge to not have failed and door is intended to stop at that location. Door is operating properly. Customer still has a complaint of no ice and as to date has not contacted a plumber.

called manufacturer spoke with Nicky. Harness ohms are good to motor. Found washer on shaft to not be in correct location. It was being used as a lock washer and should have been used as a spacer. Put washer in correct location and tested, unit is operating properly at this time.
