Observed exhaust duct with multiple 180 degree bends. Customer stated she cleaned the lint trap area with a bottle brush and vacuum prior to appointment and unit had been working as normal. Checked lint filter, needs to be cleaned as it is partially blocked due to build up. Tested unit , unit working as designed.

Repalced broken striker and placed unit in service mode to test. Found two error codes stored in the system. F0E7-load detected while attempting to run clean washer cycle. F5E4- washer run for 3 consecutive cycles without opening the door. Tested unit in service mode. All components working to spec.

Placed unit in service mode and found two error codes stored in the system. F5E2-lid lock failure, F2E1-UI stuck button. Tested all buttons in service mode, ui working as designed. Checked all components in unit in service mode. All components working to spec except lid lock. Replaced latch and tested unit in service mode. All components working to spec. Tested in quick wash cycle, unit working as designed.

Hooked unit up to NewFi and found two error codes stored in the system. F8- door switch stuck closed. F13-door switch signal stuck closed. Dropped probe in unit and ran a test cycle. Observed temperatures during test cycle. Temperatures within proper heating range.

Replaced element and tested unit. Unit working as designed.
