Ran unit, observed water coming out of the air gap. Checked drain hose and found hose from the air gap to the disposal partially clogged. Cleaned hose out and tested unit. Found a bunch of build up in the pressure sensor area. Unit working as designed.

Started unit and heard a rattle noise coming from back of unit. Pulled fan housing off and found impeller loose on motor shaft causing rattle noise. Pulled impeller and checked for damage. No damage to impellar or unit. Reinstalled impeller and tested unit. Unit no longer rattling and working as designed.

Cursor stated upon arrival that unit working properly at this time.

Replaced damaged parts, found damaged hose and replaced as well. Tested unit checking for leaks. Unit does not leak, unit works as designed.

Called tech to have them walk me through service mode. Set phone in freezer on video to observed the ice maker during self test. Ice Maker is working as designed. Bail arm comes all the way down and ice maker twists and turns as it should. Unit working as designed.
