frzr door stuck, wont open all the way. Found the evap cover frozen over with shaved ice, also metal rails had frozen over making it hard for customer to slide open. On arrival customer stated, they had defrosted frzr for a little while allowing them to open door all the way. I removed all the ice from evap cover and advised customer to disconnect unit for 24 hrs to allow unit to defrost completely for metal rails to work good again and to be more vigilant about door being closed completely to stop this from freezing over again.

No cool. Found non op compressor. Evacuated system replaced compressor and filter drier and recharged. Cooling has started but allow 24 hours for temps.

no cool. Compressor is OL, open windings. Replaced it, pressurized system to 130 psi w/n2, held, bubble tested, passed, vacuumed, held, charged 57g of R600a, evaporator got good frost pattern, working to spec.
