not turning on. The unit hadnt been used for a day which allowed control board to dry a bit allowing lights to come back. Opened the control panel where I found large amounts of water dripping due to the steaming hot water coming into unit from the commercial water heater which was about 10 ft away from unit. Customer was also running cycles with only hot water. Theres was also about an inch of water running under the unit creating more moisture. Advised customer to move unit out that environment ASAP otherwise the unit will be rusted and shorted beyond repair in no time. He was gonna move unit and let it dry to test and see if itd work.
