"Description; unit takes too long to dry. I removed the flex dryer hose from the vent duct on wall, used my thermocouple with my meter to check temps on unit as it ran a normal cycle. Customer was seeing the temps go up past 160 degrees as the laundry room started to get hot from unit running and heating to spec. Reconnected the dryer to the vent duct, and advised customer to run a load tonight, if the problem comes back it will be to a dirty vent duct, which goes up to the rooftop. Unit working to spec."
