"Description; washer not spinning right and dryer doesnt start. Tested the dryer several times with customer present, unit started right away every single time without a problem. The washer was making a squeaking sound and not spinning right due to having the shipping styrofoam underneath the motor elevating the tub and suspension rods just be loose, just hanging. Removed the big piece of styrofoam, allowing tub to hang by suspension only. Unit was much more quieter and spin without a problem. Unit working to spec.Collected $170 total, check #"
