Hooked unit up to NewFi and found six error codes stored in the system. F38-ent damper failed to open/close. F39-vent damper failed to open/close. F26-out of balance ended final spin. F23-critical door lock failure: cant unlock door, cancels cycle. F3-locked rotor monitor, cancels cycle. F19-ui state timeout, cancels cycle. Cleared codes. Boards required updates. Performed updates. Observed excessive suds in the tub during agitation test. Checked door boot for rips,tears,or holes. Boot is good. Flooded unit and observed water dripping from bottom of door. Checked bottom of door and found bottom of door had something on it causing the boot not to seal properly. Cleaned door and checked again. Seal no longer leaking."
