Unit in garage. Plugged unit in and allowed to run. Pulled evaporator cover off to observe frost pattern. Heard gurgling in the cabinet why unit was running. Replaced filter dryer and installed low side charge port. Pressurized system and found leak at the solder joint between the Yoder loop and the condenser. Fixed leak, pressure tested system to 250psi for 15 minutes. Unit no longer leaking. Vacuumed down system and charged. Observed pressures in the system stabilize at 1.2/78.8 psi. Full frost pattern forming on evaporator, unit starting to cool.

Tested thermostat with resistance. Thermostat tested good. Tested voltage on power outlet. The unit is receiving 240v tested the heat cycles with thermal couple cycles tested OK 20 degree split, the unit is working as intended at this time
