Unit makes loud noise when in operation. Unit heats and fan works just fine, did find the protective shield on transformer being bent down a bit too much making contact with frame of unit making it create a loud humming noise when working. Evacuated system, remove faulty compressor and condenser. Installed new compressor, condenser, filter drier, and overload. Pressurized system to 130 psi of nitrogen and let sit for 20 minutes while looking for leaks. No leaks present, unit held pressure. Vacuumed down system and charged unit. Allowed unit to run with gauges hooked up to observe pressures in system. Dropped probe in unit to observe internal temperatures. Unit pressure stabilized at 4.7/112.5psi. Internal temperature 38.6 and dropping.
