Unit running when we showed up. Placed unit in service mode and found three error codes stored in the system. UB-Unbalanced load ends final spin. 4C-water supply issue. PC-clutch position undetectable. Ran unit through diagnostics cycle. Observed excessive suds in the tub during agitation test. Checked drain line found hose shoved 24 down wall. Unit was siphoning water from tub causing the 4C error code. Water flow form valves within spec. Suspension is good. No excessive movement from basket during spin cycle. Unit was not leveled causing the tub to sit off center. Leveled unit and tested unit. All components working to spec.
