Diagnostics found that the pressure line has been kinked and was not allowing air pressure to be sensed properly. After adjusting the pressure line, verifying that airflow could be transferred through the airline tested. The unit did a speed wash cycle. Unit is now sensing filling, agitating, draining, and spinning properly at time of service. After doing so check the airline, making sure that there was no damage to the airline as result of the kink, unit is working to spec.

Diagnostics has found no frost buildup up at time of service. Check the temperatures on the refrigerator and the freezer refrigerator. Temperature is at 36?F freezer temperature at 0?F. Checked all areas in the freezer no frost buildup addition no frost buildup in the refrigerator section . When inspecting the seal with an LED light with camera inside the freezer, you could see the LED light shining through square trade had sent a gasket ahead of the appointment, replaced freezer door gasket checked with LED light after no light was seen shining through the gasket at this time unit is working properly at time of service customer was instructed to not leave the freezer open and make sure that the fresh food and freezer sections are closed securely after each time the kids or herself get into it.

No heat. All components checked out good, igniter glowing pulling 3.5 amps. Spinning good, with good air flow. Found the lint filter 90% clogged, cleaned it. Unit working to spec.
