Went through a quick reset on the control panel. Pulled outer door panel to check wiring to hall sensor and user interface board as well. All connections were good. Observed filler panels folded in at the top keeping the door from closing fully. Adjusted the filler panel and tested unit multiple times. Unit working as designed. Checked filter and pump for obstructions.

Diagnostics has found no noise at time of service, checked the unit, unit had been cleaned out. Checked belt and rollers all are in good condition. Unit is working properly at time of service. Tested the unit multiple times with the customer showing no noise at time of service.

Drum not turning. Found the blower wheel jammed with a few socks and the moisture sensor harness ripped off. Got the unit back in working order, tested, on time dry, unit is spinning, venting and heating to spec. Advised customer they cant use the other settings due to the broken harness.

Install new suspension rods after doing so test of the unit with the customer unit is no longer going off balance unit is working to spec it load water, agitates, drains, and spins properly. The unit is working properly.
