FFE error code, loud noise in freezer. Water was coming down from left door onto freezer and bottom of FF compartment. It created big slabs of ice inside bins. When I got Ice maker in test mode the water line at the reservoir started to squirt water out due to water line not being inserted all the way into the reservoir, every time ice maker was calling for water or calling for water at dispenser, water was squirting out onto freezer and other parts. water line and reservoir are in good condition not broken, pushed water line all the way, secured it, tested, no water coming out and only going to ice maker or dispenser. Advised customer to disconnect unit for 24-48 hrs for all the ice to thaw out completely. All compare working to spec.

replaced damper and tested. There is very little air being delivered to to the refrigerator section. The Evaporator fan is operating properly. Defrost heater, bi metal assembly and damper have been replaced. There is a good frost pattern on evaporator.
