Not cooling. Unit not starting unless in test mode. Freezer fan only on when refrigerator door open. Found that unit takes over 10 minutes to start. Unit was unplugged on arrival. After several tests determined that the compressor was bad. Replaced. No leaks found. Frost forming on evaporator.

Technician was a 5. No complaints about him at all. Appliance Service sucked bad. Horrible experience. Took many weeks to fix and only after I had to reach out and more than once. Job was canceled as being complete when nothing was done. I will not be purchasing an extended warranty in the fut.
