Diagnostics has found line 1 to neutral has 0.016 Volst, line 1 to line 2 has 0.8 Volts, and line 2 to neutral has 0.061 Volts. Unit is not receiving voltage causing it not to turn on. Customers instructed the unit is not receiving voltage they will have to call an electrician. Taking parts with me to send back to manufacture.
