Diagnostics has found the units main board was missing an update. Updated the main control board after doing so tested the icemaker, icemaker cycling properly. Tested temperatures in fresh food and freezer is at 0? fresh food is at 37. Unit is working properly at time of service.

craft IM not working. Did software update and replaced IM, tested, working to spec.

The technician who performed the repair was very knowledgeable. However, the policy of closing a ticket after one day does not give sufficient time for a craft ice maker complete a cycle and to identify if the repair was successful. The failure in this case was not resolved and in order to get it looked at again you are required to go through the entire process again rather than reopening the original ticket.
