Ice maker cycles and fills with water properly unit is working properly time of service educate customers on proper defrost.

Upon arrival, spoke with customer they had their ducts cleaned yesterday after doing so the unit is working properly according to the customer checked all limits. All limits are good unit is working properly at time of service.

Customer stated Its working but no water entering. Performed diagnostic & found no issue water valves were off and there is a leak at the Y Hose valve.

Installed new heating element and rollers. Tested the dryer after install, unit is working to spec.

Installed new control box assembly and power cord. Tested the unit is now working properly. Customer did not need it. Reinstalled to the window unit works spec at time of service.
