Replaced damaged front panel,felts, and glides. Tested unit, unit working as designed and no longer making thumping or grinding noise.

Replaced faulty turbidity sensor and pressure switch. Tested unit, unit working as designed.

Placed unit in service mode and found one error code stored in system. E10-no signal of the level sensor. Tested al components in service mode. All components working to spec. Fill tub with water and let it agitate while looking underneath and around for signs of a leak. No signs of water leak in service mode. Had customer place a load of towels in the unit and tested in a quick wash cycle. Unit did not leak, could not duplicate issue.
