Diagnostics has found high head, pressure, and higher than normal low pressure. evacuated the system, pressurize to 90 psi checked for any leaks. No leaks were found contacted LG tech-support stated that the same pressures could've been gotten from being undercharged. Charged the system with 134a refrigerant per the data sheet allowed unit run for 15 minutes, check frost pattern unit was getting a good frost pattern discharge line and suction lines were reacting normally Unit is now working properly.

Removed old compressor and filter dryer install new compressor use nitrogen to blow out the system after doing so installed new filter dryer pressurize the system for 20 minutes holding pressure at 100 psi bubble testing all breeze and connection points. No air leaks detected vacuum the system down for 25 minutes After doing so charged with 134 a according to compressor and data plate unit is working properly after time of service.

Install new control board, tested. The control board unit is working properly. It now goes into diagnostic mode.

replaced suspension rods and tested, unit is operating properly and tub is firm.
