Diagnostics has found no CLE error code displayed when checking the unit found the unit to be cooling. Inspected the condensing coil found the condensing coil to be completely covered in lint and debris attached. Instructed customer to clean the condensing coil cleaning condensing coil check in the freezer in the refrigerator freezer temperature is 2? and fresh food is is at 37?F. Unit is working properly. Time of service customers need to clean their condensing coil more often.

"Diagnostics has found one error code displayed for off-balance while inspecting the unit found that the unit was not leveled. The left front leg was lower after leveling the unit. Tested the unit, unit loads water agitates drains, and spins properly. Unit does not walk balance when speaking to the customer, customer stated her mom was loading two towels as a full load, informed customer that minimum would be four towels and a maximum of five and proper loading procedure for towels, pants and casual unit is working properly at time of service.

Installed the part and unit tested okay.
