Went through a quick reset on the control panel. Pulled outer door panel to check wiring to hall sensor and user interface board as well. All connections were good. Observed filler panels folded in at the top keeping the door from closing fully. Adjusted the filler panel and tested unit multiple times. Unit working as designed. Checked filter and pump for obstructions.

Pulled unit from wall, found water line damaged causing water not to flow to the unit. Damage caused during install of unit. Customer not here, instructed to do work as other workers are here doing work on the house. Signature is of one of the workers

Placed unit in service mode and found one error code stored in the system. F11-drain pump error. All components working to spec. Pulled filter and velocity port. Felt around the drain pump for obstructions. Pump impeller motor feels good, impeller housing feels like something had been stuck in there bouncing around. Ran unit through a quick wash cycle to test unit. Unit working as designed.

found water line kinked during install not allowing water to flow to the system. Uninstalled unit and pulled line through the cabinet. As soon as I released the kink water could be heard rushing to the unit. Tested ice maker a few times in service mode to burp the system. Water flowing through system and getting to the ice maker.

Replaced faulty ice maker and water valve. Tested ice maker in service mode. Ice maker now responding to test cycle. Water valve working no longer marketing excessive noise while calling for water. Unit passed ice maker water valve test in service mode.
