Not draining. Hasnt been used in a while. Motor pump is Im good condition, water circulation is good. Pump is draining fine but the drain line had a clogged at the garbage disposal. Cleaned, ran unit aging, unit drained without a problem. Unit working to spec.

Installing new parts, calibrated, tested, working to spec.

Unit makes loud noise. EFM blade was hitting ice build up due to a clogged drain. Removed all freezer baskets and evaporator cover to steam off all of the ice build up and thaw out the drain. Went around the back of unit compressor compartment to check drain tube which was fully clogged. Removed the drain tube, washed and cleaned out, reinstalled it, put all panels back together. Advised customer to give unit 24 for freezer to get back to recommend temps. Unit working to spec.

not draining. Found the common wire had came off the spade connector on the drain pump and broke off the connector on the wire. Spliced a new connector on the wire, reconnected to the drain pump, tested, unit drain right away. Unit working to spec.
