Unit makes loud noise. The compressor kick plate cover was pushed in enough to make contact with the service valve in compressor making a rattle noise every time compressor was on. Adjust the cover back to normal place and reinstalled, tested, no more rattle noise. Unit has temps as recommended, working to spec.

Unit was making a clicking noise. Found the screw holding rotor and stator a couple of klicks loose, retightened, got unit in diagnostics, no error codes retrieved, unit passed the self test without any issues or abnormal noises, unit working to spec.

Unit makes loud noise when washing and spinning. The bearings and spider are already worn out, explained the issue to customer, she stated shell rather replace unit.

Unit keeps draining and starting all over. Retrieved error codes f7e1, f0e9, f0e5, f8e1. The drain line was a good 24 deep into house drain making unit hyphen water back not allowing to go into rinse. Pulled the drain line back, zip tied to water lines, calibrated, asked customer to load unit with six towels, ran a quick wash, it went all the way into the rinse cycle without any issues or error codes coming back. Unit working to spec.
